What If I Have an Older Car?
If you have an older car that’s accumulated a ton of mileage, you may need to get an oil change more often than usual, especially if your vehicle falls under one or more of the following categories:
- The vehicle constantly makes short trips of five miles or less
- You drive through very hot, very cold or dusty climates
- You encounter stop-and-go driving on a regular basis
- You carry heavy loads or tow a trailer with your vehicle
