Warranty coverage is something that you want to have included in the purchase of a new vehicle. If anything were to go wrong with your new automobile in the first little while of ownership, you could utilize your warranty to cover the costs. The two types of coverage that you will receive are powertrain coverage and bumper-to-bumper coverage.
Powertrain warranty coverage refers to the mechanics that are located underneath the hood of your vehicle. This applies to anything that is part of your powertrain / engine. Bumper-to-bumper coverage will include all kinds of things are located between the two bumpers of your vehicle. A few things are excluded, including the bumpers themselves and anything that will wear out naturally over time. Routine maintenance isn't covered as part of your warranty coverage either.
