Veteran's Day - 11/11/11

Staff Sargent Michael Haines from Echo Company 237BSB of the Ohio National Guard will have on display 3 military vehicles at the Tom Ahl Dealerships on Friday 11/11/11 from 2 to 6 pm. A large group of young men from our area have just been deployed and many will be experiencing their first holiday away from home. The Family Readiness Group from the E Company will be on hand to collect donation of personal items needed that the military does not provide such as food items like beef jerky, peanut butter, nuts.. toiletries like sunscreen, toothpaste, chapstick.. and other items like batteries of all sizes, hand and feet warmers, frisbees and soccerballs. Support our local troops by coming by, thanking family members and stuffing the truck with items for our guys.

We will be collecting the following items on Veteran's Day and until November 30th.
