Jeep Factories Remain Open Over Holiday Season

With the season upon us, Jeep is spreading holiday cheer by making their employees work. Hmm?doesn't sound so great? but think again. It shows that demand is HUGE for the all new Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Liberty.

With only a month left in the year, "Jeep has sold 111,045 Wranglers, which is up 29% over the 2010 year. Also, the Liberty is seeing even larger numbers?up 36% versus the 2010 year, with 60,523 units sold," according to Becky Donaldson of automotivediscovery.

Toledo, Ohio is home to both these massively popular vehicles. Chrysler's assembly line will remain in service throughout the holiday season, having employees come and give automotive cheer to the masses who buy American at Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships in Lima, OH.

And don't look at Jeep as a Scrooge - the company is seeking out volunteers who will work these holiday hours. We're betting overtime and lots of great bonuses will be dished out to anyone willing to dive in.
